So often clients are quick to complain about treatment they feel they have received from a vendor......very seldom does anyone take the time to compliment one, thus the reason for my email. Our Sign A Rama being fairly new, has yet to learn all the pitfalls and what to watch out for when ordering pan faces. We recently placed an order through Terry for our customer. The customer wanted a raised "embossed" look. We worked with the customer and then sent the file up. Terry looked at the file, and then called me. He suggested modifications in the artwork that would greatly improve on the look of the finished product. I in return called my customer to recommend the same changes. Our customer was elated! Even though he had approved the initial artwork, and knew we could have ran with it.... he was extremely pleased that "our" manufacture took the time to make the suggestions, thus looking out for his best interest! Terry's actions reflected very favorably on us (Sign A Rama) and has helped elevate us as a valued partner with our customer. Also,,, we feel even more confident now, doing business with Hendricks Vacuum Forming Inc. knowing folks such as Terry (and I must include Meagan) are looking out for us!
